We're one of the longest family-owned heating businesses in the Lower Mainland.

Joyce Heating Services Ltd., was started in 1960 by Peter Joyce. Mainly an oil service company at the time, Peter saw the industry was turning to natural gas and soon began installing and servicing both natural gas and oil systems.

Joyce Heating has been in business for over 56 years and has been an upstanding member of the Better Business Bureau since 1990. We strive to give our customers in the Lower Mainland outstanding customer service, quality brands and features such as our Furnace Protection Plans.

Today Peter Joyce's son David Joyce, daughter Diane Jesko and son-in-law Mike Jesko run the company to the same standards that Peter Joyce did. Joyce Heating today offers products and services such as high efficient gas furnace installations, furnace servicing, hot water tank installations as well as tank-less water heaters, heat pumps and air conditioning installations to our customers from West Vancouver to Maple Ridge. We are an authorized Lennox dealer, however we service and repair all brands. All our technicians are fully licensed, bonded and WorkSafe BC certified.

The History of Joyce Heating Services Ltd.

Peter Joyce started Joyce Heating Services Ltd., in 1960! Primarily an oil burner service company, it quickly grew to also include natural gas installations and servicing. In 1988, David Joyce, Peter's son came on board and in 1998, his daughter Diane joined the company. Peter grew Joyce Heating to thousands of loyal customers and then handed it over to David and Diane before retiring in 2008.

Peter Joyce recently passed away on April 26th, 2017. Peter was a man of many words and loved to work. His relationships with his customers was amazing, at times he would help a customer out at 3am with a broken down furnace and sometimes he made house calls on Christmas Day because a customer had no heat. Peter was active in his church as well as a member of the Oddfellows Vancouver chapter, a volunteer for Variety The Children's Charity and helped out at Burnaby General Hospital Heart & Stroke wards.

Peter Joyce was married to his wife Florence for over 50 years and had 3 grandchildren.

Joyce Heating will continue to run our business the way Peter Joyce did, with attention to our customers first. Peter will be greatly missed but his legacy will keep on hopefully for many years to come.
