At Joyce Heating, we're committed to ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers and suppliers. During this time we continue to monitor all government public health agencies within the communities we serve and will continue to implement recommendations as they are made available.
To Ensure Your Safety, We've Implemented COVID-19 Procedures
Your safety and home comfort is extremely important to us.
To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to do our part to keep our community safe, Joyce Heating has implemented the following:

Asking employees who are not feeling well to stay home and socially isolate until well.

Contacting customers before all onsite visits and limiting customer interactions.

Using additional personal protective equipment (PPE) such as sanitizing agents, gloves and masks where appropriate.

Arranging off-hour visits and alternate access options for customers that require more restrictive measures.

Minimizing contact with our supply chain partners through pre-planning visits.

Sanitizing all office and work trucks daily.

Requesting that payments are made via credit card, debit or e-transfers to prevent contamination.

Payment machines are cleaned and sanitized after each use.

Will Heating & Cooling Products Infect My Home With COVID-19?
There is currently no evidence that the Coronavirus (COVID-19) is airborne. Research has shown that the virus appears to spread via droplets and direct contact with contaminated surfaces and objects.as with any air conditioning or heating system, the design and maintenance is key to its performance and the health/well being of the building occupants.

We would recommend that the air space is supplied with clean air or suitably diluted with fresh clean air, and that any installed air handling/conditioning system be regularly maintained.
